- ½ cup Coconut oil
- 1/3rd cup Olive oil
- 1/3rd cup Beewax

- Mixing bowls
- Double boiler
- Glass jars

Below is the step by step process to get to the magic salve:
Make decarboxylated cannabis:
Decarboxylated cannabis can prove to be an active agent in the salve, providing you better and more benefits.
If you have decarboxylated your cannabis already, then you should grind the cannabis into small pieces. Put it on the baking sheet and heat it in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 250 Fahrenheit.
Produce the Cannabis-infused oil:
- You’ll require the double boiling method here. Keep on checking the temperature with the thermometer and keep it under $200.
- Add water in the lower pain and 1.5 cups of coconut oil in the upper one. Provide heat until the oil attains the liquid shape.
- Mix decarboxylated cannabis with this oil (7-10g).
- Continue heating with occasional stirring.
- Keep the heat low. The entire process would take 30-60 minutes.
- Strain the mixture using the cheesecloth, and you’ll get your cannabis-infused oil ready.
Mix ingredients:
Now when you have all the raw materials prepared, you have to mix them. Make sure to use the coconut and cannabis oil mixture in the liquid form. If it has already solidified, then use the double boiler method to make it liquid again. While providing heat, make sure to avoid unnecessary heat or the rise in temperature because it will destroy the cannabis compounds.
Melt beeswax and add the cannabis oil mixture to it. Stir it to make the mixture smooth. If you want, you can add any essential oil you want at this stage. Stir well so that the entire mixture gets an even texture.
Store it in a container. Let it cool before using. You must select a cool dark place for keeping the prepared salve. Besides, you must save it from UV rays.
